We believe that managing your subscription should be easy and stress-free. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops or search through terms to find HOW to cancel any subscription, which is why we make it incredibly easy.
You can edit, update, or cancel your subscription with Peachy PingsĀ® at any time via numerous platforms, including Stripe (our payment processor) directly or the Whop dashboard. These links are also included on the Peachy Portal dashboard.
We recommend using an Incognito/Private browsing tab just in case you're automatically logged into the wrong account.

What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel your subscription, you'll maintain access to all Peachy Pings services until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly via email if you have any issues with your subscription.
How do I update my Discord connection?
You can update your Discord connection through the Whop dashboard. Visit our connection guide for detailed instructions.
Can I pause my subscription?
Currently, we don't offer a pause option. You can cancel and resubscribe later if needed, though any promotional pricing if applicable will not be available upon return.
